USTA offers age-group leagues such as 18+, 40+, 55+, and 65+, and all of them use the standard NTRP level scale. Each level is a 0.50 band where the number marks the top of the band, and that definition does not change with age. A 3.5 in 40+ is rated on the same scale as a 3.5 in 18+.
